Thomas Thang Nguyen, MBA, CCIM

Thomas  is the founder/broker of New Homeland Realty, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, leasing, and consulting services. A proud alumnus of The University of Tampa, Thomas holds an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking and has called Houston home since 2006.

In 2019, Thomas transitioned full-time into real estate, and in 2023, he earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation—one of the highest distinctions in the commercial real estate industry.

As a licensed Texas real estate broker, Thomas is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and CCIM Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter. He serves clients across all sectors of commercial real estate, representing both buyers and sellers, as well as landlords and tenants in leasing transactions.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of small business needs, Thomas specializes in unrestricted properties, Mobile Home Park, RV Park, Warehouse, Land Investment and Development. He has strong knowledge of local permitting and development processes and works closely with city and county authorities to guide clients through each stage of property development.

Thomas and his wife, Vivian, together have three beautiful kids – Maylynn, Sam and baby Macey. They reside in Tomball, Texas. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities including biking, kayaking, fishing camping and hiking.
